to involve university teachers and graduate students into the discussion on the role of universities in empowering democracy within and outside the academia;
to increase the awareness of the teachers and graduate students in area of accessibility and role of university education for diverse students' population depending on gender, age, class, ethnicity, (dis)ability, citizenship, geography;
to provide opportunities for the participants to experience and exchange educational advantages that contemporary teaching approaches offer;
to make emphasis on inclusive policies of teaching;
to discuss tasks and possibilities of bridging academia and local communities;
to engage the participants into the training sessions on research and teaching methods.
